Crestwood Recovery Resilience Solutions (CRRS) Update!

We are excited to announce our new Director of Learning and Performance, Ryan Cooksey! We are very excited to have Ryan on our team. Ryan is helping us revamp our Ongoing Support process and will be engaging with our grant partners in exciting new ways. CRRS would like to thank the Chula Vista campus for allowing us to steal Ryan from them. We know he is missed, so thank you, Chula Vista!

CRRS is also excited to announce our new podcast by Lori Ashcraft. Check out her series called Viva La Evolution! for exciting interviews, information and capital “R” Recovery news! Read more below…

CRRS is continuing with our Strategic Planning, including solidifying our Peer Employment Learning Center schedule with Eureka (PELC I), Bakersfield (PELC II) and San Diego (PELC III). We have completed two full cohorts of our DHCS/CalMHSA approved Medi-Cal certification specializations for Peer Support Specialists with more happening soon! CRRS is also running three full cohorts of our Peer Support Learning for the 21st Century in September. We are also gearing up for the roll-out of a second MC PSSC specialization course for launch in 2023. We’re also developing some exciting new plans for our PELC site in San Diego! Stay tuned for news in the near future about that.

All the best and remember, Recovery is Real and it’s happening every day through all the work we do together at Crestwood!
